These terms cover the Olm Health website and its waitlist. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
1. What this site is
Olm Health is developing a consumer wellness service for tracking immune biomarkers and trends over time. The service is not available yet. This site describes what we’re building, lets you join a waitlist, and lets you send us a note. Using the planned service, if and when it launches, will be subject to separate terms.
2. Not medical advice
Nothing on this site is medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment, and it isn’t a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare professional. Please read our Medical Disclaimer.
3. The waitlist
- Joining the waitlist is free and doesn’t commit you to anything.
- It doesn’t guarantee access to Olm Health, a particular launch date, price, feature or location. Our plans, features, laboratory arrangements and availability may change before launch.
- Joining is not consent to any testing or to taking part in research.
- We may change, pause or close the waitlist at any time.
4. What you send us
- Only join with an email address that is yours. Don’t sign up other people.
- Please don’t send medical records, test results or other sensitive information in a note.
- If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them to improve Olm Health without owing you anything for them. We handle the personal information in your note as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Using the site fairly
Don’t misuse the site: for example, don’t try to break or overload it, get around its security, send spam or automated submissions, or use it for anything unlawful.
6. Our content
The Olm Health name, the olm drawings, and the text and design of this site belong to Olm Health or are used with permission. Some photos are licensed from third parties and feature models, not Olm Health members. Please don’t copy or reuse our content without permission, other than sharing links to the site.
7. Other websites
Links to other sites, such as X and Instagram, are for convenience. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for them.
8. No guarantees
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. We don’t promise that it will always be available, error-free or complete, and the information on it is for general information only.
9. Limits on our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, Olm Health isn’t responsible for losses that arise from using this site or relying on its content, or for the waitlist changing or closing. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that can’t be limited by law.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed; using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
