Olm Health is not available yet. Right now this website does two things: it runs a waitlist, and it lets you send us a note about what you’re looking for. This policy explains exactly what we collect for those two things, and nothing more.
What we collect
| When you… | We store |
|---|---|
| Join the waitlist | Your email address; the date and time; which part of the site you joined from (for example the athletes, resilience or longevity page, or the homepage); the website that linked you to us, if your browser shares it; and campaign tags in the link you followed (such as utm_source), if any. |
| Send a note through “Talk to the olm” | What you write; your email address, only if you choose to add it; and the same date, page, referring website and campaign information as above. |
| Unsubscribe | The date you unsubscribed, so we never email you again. |
We don’t ask for your name, phone number, address, date of birth or any health information. We don’t store your IP address, and this site doesn’t use cookies or advertising pixels. To count visits to each page, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t track you across other websites.
Health information
Please don’t send us medical records, test results, diagnoses or anything you’d rather keep private. The page you join from, or something you write in a note, may say something about your health interests. We use that only to understand what people want from Olm Health. We never use it for advertising, and we never sell it.
How we use it
- To keep your place on the waitlist and email you about it and about our launch.
- To understand which audiences are most interested in Olm Health and what they’re looking for, so we can build the right product.
- To read and, if you asked, reply to your note.
- To keep the site safe and stop spam and abuse.
We don’t send marketing emails. If we ever want to, we’ll ask for your permission separately first.
Emails and unsubscribing
When you join, we send one email confirming your place. Later we may email you about your spot and our launch. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also write to hello@olm.health. Once you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you.
Who helps us run the site
We use a small number of service providers, who process information only to provide their service to us:
- Cloudflare hosts the website and the database where waitlist entries and notes are stored. Like any web host, it processes technical information such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the site. Cloudflare Web Analytics gives us aggregate counts of visits, pages viewed, referring sites, countries and device types, without cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile checks, invisibly, that a form was sent by a person and not a bot; it processes technical information about your browser and device to do that. How Cloudflare handles that information is described in the Turnstile Privacy Addendum, and its hosting more generally in Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
- Resend sends our emails, so it receives your email address and the message we send. When you send a note, Resend also delivers a copy of it to our team’s inbox.
Links to X and Instagram take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies. We don’t sell or rent personal information, and we don’t share it for targeted advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist entries while the waitlist runs and for as long as we need them to offer you access when we launch, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. When you unsubscribe, we keep only what we need to make sure we don’t email you again. Notes are kept for as long as they help us shape the product, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, by writing to hello@olm.health from the email address in question. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local privacy law, and we’ll respect them.
Security
Waitlist entries and notes are stored in a private database that can’t be read through this website; only a small number of people on our team can access it. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit what we collect so there is less to protect.
Future testing services
Olm Health’s planned testing service isn’t available yet. If we launch it, any immune biomarker or other health data will be covered by separate terms and a separate privacy notice, and we’ll ask for your consent before collecting it.
Joining the waitlist is not consent to any testing, to sharing your information for research, or to using your information to train AI models. Any of those would need your separate, explicit consent.
Children
This site is meant for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if you think a child has joined the waitlist, tell us and we’ll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we’ll tell people on the waitlist by email.
